The “Uncertainty Talks” are a recurring lecture series organised by the Center for Uncertainty Studies (CeUS). We aim to contribute to the inter- and transdisciplinary understanding of Uncertainty Studies by providing a broad range of perspectives on uncertainty. Uncertainty has an impact on almost all aspects of human life but has been viewed as an omnipresent threat that needs to be controlled and kept in check for a long time. In contrast, our ambition is to broaden and advance research further by shedding light on very different approaches to researching uncertainty.
