Democracy is the subject of intense scholarly and public debate, in the United States and across the globe. A group of historians working in Germany and the US are planning a virtual series of transatlantic conversations on the past and present of democracy. We are pleased that the Max Weber Foundation has agreed to co-host the series. Join us for varied inputs by historians working across the Atlantic on issues related to the rise and demise of democratic orders.
